Rate rebate incentives for eligible businesses creating new jobs through expansion or relocation worth up to £16k per job.

Eligible businesses may be able to access financial support for physical improvements to existing commercial property. Examples of eligible activity include shop frontage/ exterior improvements, internal upgrades or accessibility improvements. Support could be worth up to 50% of the total value of the improvement. Priority will be given to businesses creating new job opportunities.
